Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify quartz watches (brand, model, movement brand, movement model).
  • •Authenticate and service quartz watches across all brands, coordinating with internal teams.
  • •Diagnose quartz movement issues; replace batteries and gaskets; replace coils/circuits or complete movements.
  • •Calibrate chronographs and other complications to original factory settings, and perform timing measurements.
  • •Perform pressure tests, demagnetize watches, and clean external components of non-leather-strap watches using appropriate methods.
