Key Responsibilities

  • •Supports the WoodKSS business in Kazakhstan to deliver IT Services with support of Wood IT.
  • •Establishes and maintains information technology policies, procedures and standards adhered to by the business.
  • •Manages all aspects of hardware and software inventory and procurement, including audits to ensure hardware and software comply with standards, policies and configuration guidelines.
  • •Ensures IT hardware and software is up to date, modern and fit for purpose; manages upgrades and local hardware disposals for outdated hardware and equipment.
  • •Manages printing services providers and ensures the continuity of printing services for all offices in Kazakhstan.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher (technical) education; work experience in the respective position no less than 7 year.
  • •Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain information technology policies, procedures and standards adhered to by the business.
  • •Experience managing hardware and software inventory and procurement, including audits for compliance with standards and configuration guidelines.
  • •Ability to keep IT hardware and software up to date, modern and fit for purpose; manage upgrades and local hardware disposals.
  • •Experience supporting IT services and collaborating with IT function and leadership to ensure continuity and reliability.
