Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Supports the WoodKSS business in Kazakhstan to deliver IT Services with support of Wood IT.
•Establishes and maintains information technology policies, procedures and standards adhered to by the business.
•Manages all aspects of hardware and software inventory and procurement, including audits to ensure hardware and software comply with standards, policies and configuration guidelines.
•Ensures IT hardware and software is up to date, modern and fit for purpose; manages upgrades and local hardware disposals for outdated hardware and equipment.
•Manages printing services providers and ensures the continuity of printing services for all offices in Kazakhstan.

Key Requirements

•Higher (technical) education; work experience in the respective position no less than 7 year.
•Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain information technology policies, procedures and standards adhered to by the business.
•Experience managing hardware and software inventory and procurement, including audits for compliance with standards and configuration guidelines.
•Ability to keep IT hardware and software up to date, modern and fit for purpose; manage upgrades and local hardware disposals.
•Experience supporting IT services and collaborating with IT function and leadership to ensure continuity and reliability.
