Regional Head of AML Investigations

Lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of AML investigations for a region. Partner with regional Product, Compliance, and Business Operations to assess risk profiles, drive investigative performance, and implement strategies to protect the platform. Manage an AML organization of ~170 people through senior and team leads, delivering KPI-aligned outcomes, timely SAR/STR filings, and governance readiness for internal audits and regulatory exams, while coordinating global best practices and scaling tooling.
