Key Responsibilities

•Build and lead the team by hiring, training, retaining, and counseling, and educating them on benefits, compensation, and policies.
•Check daily production orders to ensure customer order fulfillment, accurate shipments, record keeping, inventory rotation, and correct product coding.
•Ensure all workstations on the line are staffed before production start-up and rotate workstations throughout the shift.
•Ensure machinery is performing and that workstations have passed USDA Inspection.
•Promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings, oversee processing operations, and provide continuous quality education.
