Citizens Banker

Serve as the face of a bank branch by building trusted relationships and providing trusted financial advice. Assist customers with spending, saving, borrowing, investing, and credit card or home-buying goals through in-person and phone interactions. Use digital and mobile-first tools (app/ATMs) to guide customers’ banking transactions, collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners, and make outbound calls to acquire customers and schedule checkups. Follow all policies, including cash handling and applicable regulations.
