•Set standards for discovery, demos, and POC scoping to ensure consistent deal quality.
•Stay hands-on in the two or three largest opportunities and review POCs before they ship.
•Create reusable assets including reference architectures, integration patterns, and objection responses.
•Own key metrics (technical win rate, time to go-live) and feed repeat product gaps back to engineering with data.

Key Requirements

•6+ years in a technical customer-facing role and 2+ years managing Sales Engineers or Solutions Architects, ideally through a stage where the team doubled.

•Still write code and can build integrations, read API responses, and debug webhooks without pulling in engineering.
•Experience with voice/telephony/contact center infrastructure such as SIP, Twilio, Genesys, Five9, or similar systems.
