Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide rich synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences and differentiate instruction based on student mastery.
  • •Monitor student progress in Stride K12’s learning management system and maintain grade books with academic integrity.
  • •Communicate regularly and respond to students and learning coaches/parents regarding progress, goals, and instruction.
  • •Prepare students for high-stakes standardized tests and support troubleshooting in a virtual classroom environment.
  • •Travel as required for face-to-face professional development and student testing (about once per month / ~20%).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and an active Georgia state teaching license/certification for secondary CTE.
  • •Must meet Georgia residency requirements.
  • •Ability to clear required background check.
  • •Experience teaching the proposed age group (desired).
  • •Experience supporting adults and children using technology, including online learning platforms (desired).
