Own the end-to-end B2B product roadmap, defining and shipping features that drive enterprise adoption and expansion. •Own the B2B product roadmap end to end, defining and shipping features that drive enterprise adoption and expansion.
•Conduct enterprise discovery with buyers—understanding workflows, surfacing unstated requirements, and shaping the roadmap.
•Represent Gamma with high-quality customer interactions, trusted by founders and leadership.
•Build cross-functional credibility with Sales, CS, and GTM as the connective tissue between product and customer-facing teams.
•Partner with compliance, enterprise IT, legal, security, and engineers to deliver complex, scalable systems meeting enterprise requirements around security, permissions, and compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 225,000 - 290,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of product management experience, including at least 3+ years focused on enterprise B2B product-led growth SaaS or AI go-to-market motions.
•Preference for an early-stage startup environment and operating effectively in ambiguity.
•Ability to inspire and bring fresh thinking to enterprise problems rather than repeating the same playbook.
•Technical fluency to discuss complex tradeoffs with senior backend engineers, especially around security, scalability, and integrations.
•Strong quantitative analysis skills, plus experience translating enterprise requirements into product strategy and shipped features with measurable outcomes.
