Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare fund transfers and electronic payments for derivative and foreign exchange settlements via banking platforms and the treasury management system.
  • •Monitor transfers to ensure accurate execution, maintaining supporting documentation and records.
  • •Maintain up-to-date bank account listings, settlement instructions, and review/confirm derivative and FX transactions in Bloomberg.
  • •Process bank fees and settlements related to letters of credit, external debt payments, and the receivables sales program.
  • •Co-administer banking platforms and the treasury management system, support audits, prepare treasury reports/analyses, and participate in continuous process improvement.
