Manage requirements, interfaces, and budgets while ensuring timely delivery, quality, and seamless system integration of cryogenic propulsion technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of engineers and technicians, setting goals, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to ensure progress on engineering projects.
•Oversee hiring process, define needs, write job descriptions, conduct interviews, and onboard new hires.
•Challenge and support the team in design choices and development logic to optimize propulsion solutions.
•Plan and execute engineering projects, coordinating with other departments to align with business objectives and budgets.
•Support the business team to identify new opportunities and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Key Requirements

•Advanced degree (Master of Science or PhD) in propulsion engineering, system engineering, aerospace engineering, or related field.
•Over 10 years of experience in systems engineering or spacecraft development roles.
•Strong understanding of cryogenic rocket engines and cryogenic propulsive systems.
•Demonstrated experience in managing requirements, interfaces, and technical budgets.
•Strong leadership and management skills, capable of leading a geographically distributed team and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
