Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow safe work practices and ensure the team stays accident-free; promote core values and company culture.
  • •Participate in RFP/bid package reviews and provide close support to the Project Manager/senior PM.
  • •Conduct field validation of telecom design, identify conflicts/gaps, and resolve through the RFI process; manage constructability and value engineering reviews.
  • •Own electronic tracking systems and custom dashboards; provide daily/weekly reporting, issue escalation, and coordination with project managers and general contractors.
  • •Maintain up-to-date redlines/as-builts and prepare closeout documentation; support QA/QC by validating test results (e.g., OTDR, Power Meter) and ensuring adherence to quality control plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (relevant experience may substitute).
  • •5+ years of experience in the construction industry in a similar role, with preference for structured cabling and/or data center projects.
  • •Extensive knowledge of safety protocols, processes, and procedures.
  • •Ability to identify change events and understand project schedules.
  • •Proficiency with computer and business/industry applications including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Bluebeam, Procore, and Textura.
