Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage President’s Office priority initiatives from scoping through implementation, evaluation, and handover, aligned to presidential direction and institutional objectives.
  • •Develop project plans covering outcomes, deliverables, milestones, ownership, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, and measures of success.
  • •Lead cross-functional workstreams, resolve delivery issues, recommend corrective actions, and maintain clear sponsor and stakeholder communication.
  • •Conduct analytical research and benchmarking, prepare options assessments and recommendations, and produce executive-ready briefing materials and progress dashboards.
  • •Coordinate leadership governance processes, maintain decision and action logs, and support Institutional Development team operations and administrative workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, organizational development, public administration, or a related discipline; postgraduate degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 8 years of progressive project management experience, including experience with consultancy firms or leading academic institutions.
  • •Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
  • •Experience delivering organizational transformation and institutional/strategic initiatives, managing risks, resources, and stakeholder alignment.
  • •Ability to support senior leadership decisions through analysis, briefing papers, presentations, and performance reporting.
