Key Responsibilities

  • •Build core components for Document Intelligence to deliver standardized, robust, scalable solutions for enterprise AI use cases.
  • •Develop and maintain scalable APIs and integration services supporting AI products and platform workflows end-to-end.
  • •Conduct design/architecture reviews and enforce engineering standards, coding practices, documentation, and quality assurance.
  • •Perform hands-on engineering across API development, unit/integration testing, defect resolution, and support test case/data preparation.
  • •Deploy and scale applications on GCP and Kubernetes, ensuring reliability, performance, monitoring, and incident response (onsite/offsite production support).

Key Requirements

  • •Act as a senior individual contributor with strong solution design and hands-on coding expertise, including analytical and communication skills.
  • •7+ years of IT experience in enterprise application/platform development, including 4+ years hands-on proficiency in Java and Python for backend and platform engineering.
  • •Strong exposure to the full SDLC and a solid working knowledge of Agile methodology.
  • •Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, micro-frontend architecture, and LLM solutions is an advantage.
  • •Experience leveraging coding assistants to accelerate development and improve code quality and engineering best practices.
