Oversee the end-to-end development, production, and post-production of unscripted programming across NBC’s portfolio. Lead a development pipeline from pitches through pilots and first-season orders, serve as the primary liaison to production partners, and ensure creative vision, schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. Provide strategic creative input across formats, casting, story structure, and episode execution while collaborating with internal teams to grow audience reach and franchise value.
