Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing programs spanning campaigns, webinars, email/nurture, social, content, events, and corporate communications.
  • •Run paid and earned media partner/publisher programs (e.g., sponsored content, newsletters, webinars, video) and connect creative delivery to performance recaps.
  • •Draft and distribute press releases, manage agency/analyst/media relationships, and build executive visibility and thought-leadership programs.
  • •Manage brand voice and messaging consistency across web, social, press relations, and internal communications.
  • •Measure, report, and optimize engagement, lead conversion, marketing-qualified leads, and pipeline goals; refine programs based on outcomes and support customer retention/expansion.
  • •Oversee customer retention and expansion, including nurturing existing relationships and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience in technology or SaaS, including marketing communications and campaign execution; 2+ years of healthcare or healthcare SaaS experience required.

  • •Proven success building integrated, multi-channel marketing programs on time and on budget.
