Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a number of prestigious projects in the ME P discipline, providing design and technical leadership.
  • •Supervise the completion of detailed designs and the work of others in this function.
  • •Consider project feasibility and lead overall feasibility studies for electrical design.
  • •Direct production of detailed/performance specifications for the discipline subject to review by colleagues.
  • •Act as the client’s key point of contact and responsible for overall project delivery in terms of client deliverables and internal KPI’s.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead electrical design for building services projects with a focus on MEPS coordination in a leadership capacity.
  • •Supervise the completion of detailed designs and supervise the work of others in this function.
  • •Knowledge of UK electrical building services design including relevant standards, codes and regulations.
  • •Ability to manage the technical, cost and programme elements of project delivery.
  • •BPSS security clearance is a minimum requirement.
