Key Responsibilities

•Lead a number of prestigious projects in the ME P discipline, providing design and technical leadership.
•Supervise the completion of detailed designs and the work of others in this function.
•Consider project feasibility and lead overall feasibility studies for electrical design.
•Direct production of detailed/performance specifications for the discipline subject to review by colleagues.
•Act as the client’s key point of contact and responsible for overall project delivery in terms of client deliverables and internal KPI’s.

Key Requirements

•Lead electrical design for building services projects with a focus on MEPS coordination in a leadership capacity.
•Supervise the completion of detailed designs and supervise the work of others in this function.
•Knowledge of UK electrical building services design including relevant standards, codes and regulations.
•Ability to manage the technical, cost and programme elements of project delivery.
•BPSS security clearance is a minimum requirement.
