Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are central, mission-critical, and revenue-driving, deployed in production environments across industries.
  • •Own and evolve the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to deployment and continuous iteration.
  • •Collaborate with enterprises and startups to understand business challenges and embed AI agents at scale.
  • •Shape Sierra's core platform by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping features, and coordinating with research, product, and platform teams.
  • •Prototype and implement scalable architectures and tooling to support enterprise-grade AI agents.
