•Lead a multidisciplinary team of IT professionals focused on maintaining an industry-leading user experience.

•Collaborate with cross-region peers to help drive global strategy when possible.
•Manage and forecast annual needs across budget, workforce, and portfolio, including setting goals and success metrics.

•Experience integrating AI, automation, and observability tooling to improve performance, scalability, and the overall technology experience.
•Proven ability to use metrics and data to assess business priorities, drive decision-making, and measure organizational success.
•Knowledge of security best practices and leading through change in a safe and compliant manner.
