Own the commercial marketing relationship between Payoneer and major marketplace partners, designing seller-facing programs that drive registration completion, KYC activation, first transactions, and ongoing engagement. Manage multi-channel lifecycle communications using Braze and other channels, produce content and playbooks, and use analytics to optimize programs and report performance for partner QBRs.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain joint marketing frameworks with marketplace partners, translating co-marketing opportunities into seller-facing programs that drive registration, KYC completion, activation, and payment volume.
•Own the end-to-end seller lifecycle communication program, from first registration through KYC completion, first transaction, and ongoing retention.
•Design, build, and execute multi-channel communication programs (Braze, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app) with segmentation, personalization, and localization.
•Write and produce program content (email sequences, WhatsApp journeys, co-branded seller materials) and manage creative/translation resources as needed.
•Define and track key funnel and lifecycle metrics, produce performance reporting, and use insights to continuously optimize programs and support partner QBRs.

Key Requirements

•7-10 years in B2B or marketplace marketing, including at least 3 years combining partner-facing commercial work with hands-on campaign execution.
•Proven experience running lifecycle/CRM marketing programs at scale for international sellers or merchants.
•Experience with global marketplace partners (eBay, Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, Flipkart or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
•Demonstrated multi-market experience across Asia, LATAM, or MENA with localization beyond translation (documentation, channel preferences, regulatory context).
•Hands-on campaign build and execution in Braze (multi-step journeys, segmentation, A/B tests, performance interpretation); MAP equivalents like Iterable, Klaviyo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud are acceptable.
