Key Responsibilities

•Analyze Commercial Performance: Lead deep-dive analysis of revenue, customer, and sales performance data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and generate strategic insights for leadership decision-making.
•Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify, design, and operationalize high-impact “big bets” to accelerate revenue growth and increase transacting customers across key segments and markets.
•Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a strategic thought partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align on goals, share insights, and ensure end-to-end execution of revenue strategy.
•Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Support annual and quarterly planning processes by providing analytical rigor, scenario modeling, and insight-backed recommendations.
•Performance Monitoring: Develop dashboards and frameworks to track progress of key strategic initiatives and continuously optimize for impact.
