Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute ISC transformation strategies across insourcing, outsourcing, manufacturing localization, and site/DC transitions.
  • •Manage sending and receiving activities for transformation projects focused on the Juarez manufacturing sites.
  • •Deliver projects on budget and schedule with identified financial benefits, including due diligence and flawless execution.
  • •Translate program plans and business requirements into actionable projects with accurate costs, schedules, and benefits.
  • •Use Standard Transitions Process (STP) and manage project charters, risk/mitigation, schedules, data updates, reviews, briefings, resource planning, change management, and stage-gate implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, or a technical/analytical discipline with a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience.
  • •2+ years supporting complex, high-value projects with budgets of about $1M–$5M, including scope, budget, financial payback, Integrated Project Plans, and action tracking.
  • •2+ years developing and delivering presentations to manager-level audiences, including financial models and scenario outcomes.
  • •ISC experience required (Manufacturing, Warehousing, Sourcing, SIOP).
  • •PMP/PMI Project Management Certification (MBA preferred; Six Sigma certification valued).
