Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership and participate in development and integration of complex software components into a functional system.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert for software domains, system issues, processes, and regulations.
  • •Estimate user stories/features and tasks accurately for Sprint Planning, and support backlog refinement with relevant questions.
  • •Confirm with the Product Owner that code and acceptance tests reflect desired functionality, and manage impediments/risks.
  • •Design for testability by evolving the system to support test automation, and deliver working software aligned to quality standards and Team PI objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, data science, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
  • •12+ years of software development experience (or master’s with 7+ years).
  • •Hands-on Java development with Java 8+, Spring Boot 3.x, and modern web frameworks including Angular 12, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React JS.
  • •Experience designing reliable asynchronous workflows with message brokers; Kafka or RabbitMQ is required.
  • •Strong skills across Azure and testing/quality: unit/integration testing (Jest), Git, SQL Server/MySQL/PostgreSQL, CI/CD, and build tools like Maven/Gradle (plus Shell scripting).
