Job Summary

Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of learning programs to support professional growth and skill development. Partner with executive leadership, department heads, and HR to identify training needs, create curricula and learning materials, and implement metrics to measure outcomes. Use learning technologies and data analytics to enhance effectiveness, support diverse, globally dispersed teams, and incorporate DEI principles into learning strategies.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop learning and development strategy aligned with organizational business goals and long-term vision.
•Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps, learning requirements, and performance improvement opportunities.
•Design, develop, and deliver training curricula, programs, and resources for different levels and functions.
•Implement metrics to evaluate learning program effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes.
•Consult on innovative learning technologies, manage learning budgets, and incorporate DEI principles into programs.

Key Requirements

•Advanced understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and training best practices.
•Experience aligning learning and development initiatives with organizational goals and business strategies.
•Ability to analyze training data to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
•Experience with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and other training technologies.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources / Learning and Development or a related field.
