Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage customer support tickets through closure, ensuring timely updates and communication with stakeholders.
  • •Review, validate, classify, prioritize, and coordinate resolution of customer-reported issues and inquiries.
  • •Perform cross-system troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across manufacturing, automation, integration, data, and reporting systems.
  • •Analyze manufacturing data, customer data, and reporting outputs to identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides, knowledge articles, support documentation, and training materials to improve support readiness and data quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • •Strong SQL and database querying skills (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Teradata, or equivalent).
  • •Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications, system integrations, and data flows, including manufacturing transaction/data/reporting systems.
  • •Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticket management platforms.
  • •Ability to analyze manufacturing data and perform structured root-cause analysis with strong written and verbal communication.
