Production Manager

Support operational excellence and associate development in CarMax’s Service Operations Department by partnering with the Operations Manager. Lead and manage associates to hit production targets, maintain accurate inventory, coach through observations, and participate in hiring and training. Track key performance measures, drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and customer experience, handle customer concerns, and oversee Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) compliance for your department/location.
