Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as SME and provide technical ownership for electrical infrastructure, including high/medium-voltage systems and critical power equipment.
  • •Maintain knowledge of system configurations and dependencies, using one-line diagrams and operational documentation.
  • •Analyze system performance and equipment history to identify vulnerabilities, capacity constraints, and reliability risks, developing permanent fixes.
  • •Provide hands-on field technical support during commissioning, maintenance, and restoration; guide troubleshooting during abnormal conditions and coordinate with OEMs/vendors.
  • •Lead reliability-centered maintenance and structured investigations (RCM, FMEA, RCA) to improve MTBF and system availability, and mentor technicians/engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or closely related) from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • •7+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience in mission-critical environments such as semiconductor, industrial, data center, or utility sectors.
  • •Hands-on experience troubleshooting industrial electrical power distribution systems and field electrical equipment.
  • •Experience providing technical support to maintenance technicians, electricians, commissioning teams, or field service personnel.
  • •Reliability and safety expertise including RCM, FMEA/RCA, electrical failure investigations, and electrical safety training (e.g., NFPA 70E); PE license and CMRP (or equivalent).
