Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a variety of intermediate-level industrial/manufacturing machines following production itineraries and quality standards.
  • •Observe assigned machine operation to ensure products/components meet specifications; perform setups/adjustments when required.
  • •Interpret drawings and process/product graphics to manufacture according to the corresponding requirements.
  • •Perform inspections and document inspection results, production reports, and scrap using established procedures and formats.
  • •Identify deficiencies and needed repairs/maintenance, maintain a clean work area, handle materials/waste safely, and escalate abnormalities to the supervisor while following EHS procedures and participating in tier/review meetings using IIoT connectivity.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed high school diploma and/or technical schooling.
  • •1 year of experience in manufacturing processes.
  • •Basic ability to read and write.
  • •Knowledge of quality-related processes including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
  • •Intermediate machine operation and familiarity with instrumentation/measurement tools, LEAN methodology, inventory control, and basic math.
