Own regional payroll operations across APAC by managing team cutoffs and serving as final approval authority for standard pay runs. Act as the regional lead when the Payroll Lead is out, and coordinate with Tax, Finance, and People Ops to keep work in scope. Track payroll partner SLAs, implement legislation updates, lead audit walkthroughs, manage risks, and resolve payroll discrepancies using root-cause analysis. Drive payroll projects like automation and expansions.
