Key Responsibilities

•Lead regional performance marketing campaigns for Search across APAC, with a focus on Google Ads & Apple Search Ads
•Collaborate cross-functionally and cross-regionally to develop, launch and track evergreen and integrated search concepts
•Design experiments, and present data-driven recommendations to improve acquisition, engagement and retention
•Track campaign performance and benchmarks to measure digital media effectiveness and gather insights to build best-in-class practices
•Measure, analyze and report on channel performance to support budgeting decisions and ROI insights

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEM experience across Google and Apple with a proven track record of channel innovation
•Experience in managing Google Universal App Campaigns (UAC) and Apple Search Ads
•Hands-on understanding of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adjust/Appsflyer)
•Knowledge of pixel and mobile app measurement and tracking; ability to resolve ad operations issues affecting campaign tracking
•Familiarity with other performance channels (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Smartly, Google Display) is a plus
