•Audit leads and manage total-store CRM to maximize conversion rates.
•Act as the floor lead, providing in-the-moment coaching to Experts in the Store Manager’s absence.
•Facilitate hands-on product demonstrations to build customer confidence and represent the brand with integrity.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated passion for health and wellness
