Job Summary

Lead and coordinate the HMI group for TSMC team2 in Hsinchu, overseeing a team of 10+ and driving strategy execution, customer relationships, and operational KPIs. Key Responsibilities

•Strategy Implementation: Lead and drive the realization of planned results, monitor HC RD customer satisfaction, handle escalations, manage customer relationships, monitor KPIs and take corrective measures.
•Business Optimization & Organizational Development: Identify and advise on optimization opportunities, contribute to business plans and decision-making processes, and design improvement projects.
•Decision making: Make operational decisions within a three-month planning horizon and align with design principles and risk directives.
•Leadership and output realization: Ensure achievement of department objectives, HR management, and an optimal organization structure for the department.
•Stakeholder management: Build and maintain a network of internal and external stakeholders, provide feedback loops and convey solutions with data-driven arguments.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering related field is required; Masters Degree is preferred
•Extensive experience in diverse work areas in field/operations management
•Experience leading or influencing a team in a complex customer facing environment
•Strong people skills with proven leadership ability to build and lead a high-performing team
•> 2 years experience for leader experience and willingness to step to larger leader scope
