Job Summary

Lead inspection-center operations in a lean manufacturing environment, driving facility performance across quality, production, cost, and future capacity planning. You’ll oversee production planning and weekly performance reviews, ensure standardized work and 5S/visual management are executed, and champion health, safety, and loss prevention. As a people leader for up to 500 associates, you’ll hire, develop leaders, and mentor teams while building continuous-improvement capability.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership and strategic planning to ensure the inspection center meets future demand and aligns with company culture and values.
•Lead production planning, capacity management, and weekly performance review meetings; identify problems and drive resolutions with appropriate resource allocation.
•Ensure operating standards are consistently executed, including standardized work, operating rules, 5S, and visual management tools.
•Manage people operations: participate in hiring, maintain leadership pipelines/bench, and ensure progression training and certification processes are executed.
•Lead and participate in continuous improvement events and mentor reconditioning managers on problem-solving.
