Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee Collections/Pre-Processing activities and coordinate forensic collections with clients and Bright Labs’ forensics team
  • •Advise clients on data reduction, deNISTing, and filtering strategies; ensure appropriate pre-processing workflow
  • •Manage processing tasks, review exception reports, and coordinate with processing team to deliver findings
  • •Assist with selecting appropriate technology and configuring efficient workflows for 1st-3rd tier review and witness review
  • •Produce customized reports, provide Relativity training, and guide production strategies and timelines

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in MIS, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Law, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology, or similar degree.
  • •4 years of prior experience as a consultant overseeing computer forensics and electronic discovery
  • •Advanced decision making and problem-solving skills
  • •Team player who is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • •Ability to interact confidently with senior management and lawyers/partners
