Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with service leaders, project managers, and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements and synchronize on-site work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and diagnose, repair, and start up chiller products and equipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Diagnose and repair units using software, hand tools, and blueprints/engineering specifications.
  • •Maintain flexibility for overtime/weekends and support mission-critical activities including zero-downtime problem solving and SLA awareness.
  • •Enforce safety standards and provide coaching/training to less experienced technicians as required.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •5+ years of HVAC experience with systems-level knowledge.
  • •Experience performing start-up and commissioning for air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, including operational verification and post-start repairs.
  • •Proficient use of software to connect and check chiller operation.
  • •EPA Certification required and a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months.
