Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain an 85% sales floor presence to engage customers, model selling behaviors, and drive sales results.
  • •Lead customer service initiatives and participate directly in customer care to ensure exceptional shopping experiences.
  • •Recruit, hire, train, and schedule sales personnel; monitor performance and provide ongoing coaching and development.
  • •Oversee daily operations and compliance, including cash verification, register countdowns, and adherence to safety and environmental standards.
