Job Summary

Provide preventative care, diagnosis and treatment of foot, ankle and lower leg conditions in a hospital setting. Perform biomechanical assessments for orthotics, support podiatry education, participate in quality improvement and clinical governance, and manage OPD/inpatient administration.

Key Responsibilities

•Assess, diagnose, treat and evaluate abnormalities and diseases related to the foot and lower limb, including high-risk patients
•Perform daily administrative functions required for the effective operations of OPD clinics, including inpatient administration
•Perform biomechanical assessments and related functions relevant to the production of orthotic devices
•Support patients and colleagues with necessary podiatry training and related education
•Actively participate in and contribute towards quality improvement and clinical governance programs

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or diploma (3 year qualification) in Podiatry from an accredited institution
•At least 2 years' relevant experience in a healthcare setting
•Infection prevention and control protocols
•Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
•Verbal and written communication skills in English
