Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow a team of software engineers building the front-end platform experience, including hiring, coaching, and career development.
  • •Translate design, product, and engineering roadmaps into operational plans and guide execution and delivery across the Delinea Platform.
  • •Own delivery of the component library and UX services written in Angular / C#, ensuring alignment with engineering and design standards.
  • •Coordinate UI/UX standards across micro-front-end services and maintain component API compatibility while promoting patterns into standard components.
  • •Oversee code and design reviews to maintain high standards for performance, accessibility, and maintainability (WCAG 2.1+).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience with Angular (or comparable), C# .NET, and microservices architectures.
  • •Proficient in front-end technologies including Angular, React, node, npm, rxjs, HTML, TypeScript, JavaScript, and module federation.
  • •Experience integrating AI/ML systems using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar AI frameworks.
  • •Ability to write and review code to ensure accessibility standards including aria and WCAG requirements (WCAG 2.1 and higher).
