Sr. Counsel, Labor & Employment Litigation

Represent the SpaceX business in labor and employment litigation in the U.S. and internationally. Manage all facets of disputes, including internal investigations, discovery, pleadings, briefs, and directing litigation strategy through settlement negotiations. Identify legal risks and implement controls to mitigate them, with opportunities to expand into consumer, contractual, commercial, and other legal matters. Work onsite in Hawthorne, CA and travel about 10% of the time.
