Lead complex global commercial negotiations for enterprise customers, partners, vendors, and channel relationships, drafting and negotiating key agreements (including MSAs, data processing, procurement, and reseller terms) while managing privacy, security, product, and operational risk. Scale global compliance and governance programs across jurisdictions, advise on regulatory obligations (including AI governance and third-party risk), and build scalable contracting playbooks, templates, and training resources.
