Serve as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting store and personal sales goals. Build client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice; drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to encourage repeat purchases and capture data. Complete daily retail operations, support inventory cycles, and maintain brand standards on the sales floor and stockroom.
