Lead the support and optimization of enterprise network and infrastructure environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. Own incident troubleshooting for critical networking issues, deliver network recommendations aligned to best practices and customer security/compliance needs, and drive continuous optimization and modernization. Act as networking subject-matter expert across internal and customer-facing projects, coordinating with vendors and using tools like Cisco Prime and CheckPoint to manage and improve networking operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Support and optimize enterprise network environments to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
•Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across networking components of enterprise infrastructure.
•Serve as the networking subject-matter expert across internal and customer-facing technology projects, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
•Optimize systems for performance and capacity, identify improvement opportunities, and implement network recommendations.
•Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and coordinate with vendors/external technical resources for troubleshooting and resolutions.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer supporting large-scale enterprise networks.
•Expertise in routing, switching, wireless controllers, firewalls, and load balancers.
•Ability to provide incident support, including troubleshooting and resolving critical network issues.
•Experience creating network recommendations and implementing improvements aligned with security standards and compliance requirements.
•Experience assessing current network architecture and driving continuous optimization and modernization initiatives.
