Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and iterate on brand assets from early concepts to polished, on-brand deliverables, including illustrations.
  • •Support projects from intake through delivery by tracking deadlines and keeping assigned work moving forward.
  • •Partner with designers and cross-functional teams to clarify feedback and keep projects moving forward.
  • •Use an AI-forward mindset to work smarter and faster, automating production of static ads and illustrations using brand guidelines.
  • •Maintain the Brand Team’s asset library by updating assets, metadata, and tags for easy search.

Key Requirements

  • •Portfolio demonstrating visual design fundamentals with strong layouts and typography, with interest in illustration.
  • •Organized and detail-oriented, able to take a project from start to finish with minimal support.
  • •Proactive communicator comfortable flagging blockers, asking questions, responding to feedback, and providing status updates.
  • •Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop) and familiar with Figma.
  • •Comfortable using AI design tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Claude) for tasks like image generation and iterating on assets.
