Support Product and Technical teams in Engineered Refurbishment and Flooring, helping deliver product launches by identifying market needs and working with colleagues to develop solutions. Key Responsibilities

•Support product launches by identifying market niches and requirements and helping implement or develop products to fill gaps.
•Assist with product management by coordinating with internal departments on stock needs, keeping documentation up to date, and resolving product issues.
•Help support product training for colleagues, customers, and prospective clients alongside the Product Manager and Technical Department.
•Work directly with Product and Technical Managers and wider UK and EMEA teams to ensure customers and colleagues are supported.
•Take ownership of key projects that support the business strategy.
