Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience working in evaluation and benefits management.
  • •A higher degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • •Chartered Status or membership in professional bodies such as CIHT, TPS, or UK Evaluation Society.
  • •Practical experience applying mixed methods in evaluation, including theory-based and experimental/quasi-experimental evaluation design for transport-relevant projects.
  • •Proven benefits management design and strong analytical capabilities, including handling complex datasets and statistical/economics/social value analysis.
