Job Summary

Lead the technical delivery of evaluation and benefits management projects within the Transportation team, overseeing complex work and ensuring high-quality deliverables using best-practice methodologies (including the updated Magenta Book). Partner with public and private sector clients to provide strategic advice, represent AECOM at meetings and events, and help grow the work area through bids, proposals, and business development. Support recruitment, mentoring, and capability building across the team.

•Practical experience applying mixed methods in evaluation, including theory-based and experimental/quasi-experimental evaluation design for transport-relevant projects.
•Proven benefits management design and strong analytical capabilities, including handling complex datasets and statistical/economics/social value analysis.
