Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end planning, design, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement of drilling and well construction solutions.
  • •Develop fit-for-purpose well plans, wellbore/engineering documentation (e.g., BHAs), drilling programs, and risk/contingency strategies aligned with customer objectives.
  • •Perform engineering analyses (torque and drag, hydraulics, ECD, vibration studies, offset well reviews) to optimize operations and reduce risk.
  • •Provide real-time technical support during operations, including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and operational decision-making.
  • •Lead technical reviews, approve engineering designs, manage incident investigations and root-cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement from job performance learnings.
