Job Summary

Support project and programme delivery within Capco’s Corporate Services PMO team by maintaining governance standards, managing RAID logs and project plans, and coordinating project activities. Produce accurate reporting, dashboards, and management information to enable decision-making, and track actions through to completion. Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and financial information, escalating issues as needed while partnering with project managers and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Support project governance by maintaining RAID logs, project plans, action trackers, and status reporting.
•Produce accurate project reporting, dashboards, and management information to support decision-making.
•Coordinate project meetings, governance forums, and documentation while ensuring actions are tracked to completion.
•Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and financial information, escalating issues where appropriate.
•Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to promote consistent delivery standards and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of experience working in a PMO Analyst or Project Support role.

•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different business functions.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experience using project management tools such as MS Project or Jira.
