Key Responsibilities

  • •Own complex global programs from scope through go-live and handoff, including new entity formation, geographic expansion, M&A integrations, and infrastructure evolution (EOR/vendor transitions, payroll migrations).
  • •Build and drive program plans by translating messy objectives into requirements, workstreams, owners, dependencies, readiness gates, and decisions while adjusting as facts change.
  • •Connect the dots across People, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Tax, IT, and other teams to ensure dependencies and impacts are managed end-to-end.
  • •Lead program communication and change management, delivering executive updates and thoughtful communications for employees impacted by changes.
  • •Create repeatable operating infrastructure—templates, SOPs, playbooks, and processes—using learnings from each program.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 200,000 annually
