Provide on-site support for AVI-SPL customers by operating and maintaining AV/UCC systems, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs such as cables and hardware components. Support client events with setup and operational assistance, install connectors, and provide video/audio recording support. Coordinate RMA processing, maintain spare-part inventory, ensure safety and procedural compliance, assist with service tickets, and provide job-site documentation and client training as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide direct on-site assistance to end users operating AV/UCC systems.
•Perform preventive maintenance checks and services, including testing and repairing cables and hardware components.
•Support client events with setup and operational support, including installing connectors and providing video/audio recording support.
•Handle administrative support such as assisting with service tickets and coordinating RMA processing and parts procurement.
•Maintain accurate inventory of AV/UCC systems, provide required reports and documentation, ensure safety/procedural compliance, and deliver client training as needed.

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of audiovisual integration experience (preferred), with the ability to work and think independently while meeting deadlines.
•Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently, including soldering and crimping connectors.
•Intermediate computer knowledge and knowledge of basic signal flow for audio, video, and control.
•Valid Driver’s License and a Motor Vehicle Record meeting AVI-SPL driving standards.
•Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
