Associate Director - Security Designer

Lead high-level security engineering for new build and fit-out projects across Europe, directing risk assessments, master planning, and the design of physical and electronic security systems, including counter-terrorism guidance (HVM, blasts, ballistics) in partnership with specialists. Manage security design across RIBA stages within the Buildings Engineering group and drive CPD and stakeholder collaboration.
