Job Summary

Own end-to-end execution of manufacturing programs for a Largo Consolidated Manufacturing Center product line, from bid/proposal through development, transition to deliver, production, and depot/sustainment. Lead planning, capacity analysis, schedule and resource management, and drive process improvements. Monitor program financial performance using EAC and Earned Value Management, manage risk/opportunities, and coordinate with supply chain and internal/external customers through reviews and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead all aspects of the program(s) being managed across the manufacturing program life cycle, from bid/proposal through depot/sustainment.
•Manage program planning including capacity analysis, schedule management, resource planning, and manufacturing execution.
•Lead process improvement initiatives and coordinate material management activities with supply chain.
•Monitor and control program budget using Estimate at Complete (EAC), including variance analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM), and risk/opportunity management.
•Serve as a liaison across program management, project teams, and factory management, and interface with internal/external customers at key review forums and visits.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 2 years of relevant experience with specialized technical or operational practices.
•Experience in operations, manufacturing, program, or cross-functional environments.
•Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance within 1 year of the start date.
•Experience supporting program life cycle execution and manufacturing execution activities.
•Understanding of manufacturing operations, including policies/procedures plus quality and customer requirements.
